Naomi did am amazing job colouring my hair and I was shocked at how affordable the service was. I for sure will be recommending this place to anyone looking for an experienced hair colour without paying a ridiculous price.

I had an amazing experience at this salon. Friend and I had our nails done by Danielle. She did a incredible job. She was so fun, we had tons of laughs. And our nails were perfection she is truely talented. The salon has great atmosphere very relaxing you feel right at home.

This is the premiere place in Duncan to find human garbage. You won't be disappointed. When asked if they'd give my daughter her first cut they said "yes, but if she cries she has to leave". Here are some things they could have considered saying instead: "Sorry, we aren't equipped to deal with children." "Sorry, we are all booked up" "Can't do it. We are insanely rich and just do this so we can be mean to people" "Sorry, I'm a having my coat made from 101 dalmatian puppies dry-cleaned" But they chose "we will kick you out if your little girl cries". I get it in a way. After all, why would you want to gain a new customer for a one-off like that. This is probably the last haircut shell ever have. Everyone knows that when a toddler gets a haircut, they never have to have another one ever. Just good business sense. You want repeat business after all.

I went in to get a shorter cut and colour correction and I received the short cut tailored to me and the light blonde I wanted 😃 it was affordable too.

Nice enough salon with nice staff but I definitely felt like my services were a little rushed. Came in for a gel shellac mani pedi and the woman doing the service was very nice and sweet but it didn’t feel like a complete job. Not sure if they don’t include these things as part of the usual mani pedi but I didn’t get my cuticle trimmed or cleaned up or on the sides of my finger nail bed so all and all it left a rather rough looking manicure job. I’m use to my fingers and hands looking much nicer after manicure (I haven’t had one in a long time so I was excited to have it done) and they look just as they did before except I have nail polish. The polish is fine but like I said, without the complete manicure service of prepping the nails, it looks extremely rough. I would not return to this salon for this service again.

i’ve been going here since i was 5years old, the owner is amazing and she’s been doing my hair for 10th arts now. She’s always so kind and does an amazing job on any hairstyle i ask for. I’ve gotten up-dos for balls and ceremonies as well as nurmerous different types of haircuts and i’m always so so happy with the results! wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I am new to Duncan , tried this shop and loved my hair cut . She gave me exactly what I asked for. Best cut I’ve had in a long time

Best place in the cowichan valley. Definitely recommend Naomi she does exactly what you want done and is very helpful with any and questions you might have
